1. The upper and lower six‑roller drive system ensures synchronized feeding, delivering powerful and robust performance.
The high-torque worm gear reducer is equipped with a universal joint, ensuring smoother material feeding.
The automatic oil pump provides lubrication to the transmission’s critical components.
The feed speed is adjustable across nine levels; select the appropriate setting based on your specific requirements.
The upper and lower spindles can be raised and lowered in sync, making it suitable for centering and sawing wood of varying thicknesses.
An in‑shaft water‑spraying system extends the saw blade’s service life and minimizes wood moisture absorption.
Uses and Features
1. This machine is specially designed for processing reclaimed materials, wooden strips, and core boards. It can saw multiple wooden strips in a single feed according to preset dimensions, using feed rollers for material conveyance and employing synchronized upper and lower feed rollers.
2. Six sets of upper feed drive rollers and six sets of lower feed rollers ensure powerful, reliable material feeding. The clamping pressure is controlled by a pneumatic clamping cylinder, allowing for free adjustment based on the wood’s hardness.
3. The feed rate is continuously variable and can be flexibly adjusted to suit the characteristics of the wood material.
4. The roller-type feed system is easy to control and maintain, while the pressure roller employs pneumatic actuation, ensuring a consistent clamping force even when wood thickness varies significantly.
5. The pressure cylinder allows the height of the upper feed roller to be adjusted according to the wood thickness, ensuring easy operation.
6. The spindle has a diameter of 50 mm and is made from a special alloy steel, undergoing multiple heat treatments and precision grinding.
7. All spindle bearings are large‑size, high‑capacity units, offering excellent load capacity and long service life.
8. The saw blade is cooled by a patented internal cooling system, which extends its service life and reduces blade‑replacement costs.
9. By using upper and lower saw blade sets to perform simultaneous cutting, it is possible to install smaller, thinner blades, significantly reducing wood waste and lowering blade‑purchase costs.
10. Oil is supplied to the column base, roller‑seat pin shafts, saw‑shaft sleeves, chains, and other components via an oil pump, eliminating the need for manual greasing with a grease gun. Additionally, oil‑impregnated bearings are installed on the roller‑seat pin shafts, significantly reducing the frequency of lubrication and saving both time and lubricant.
11. The saw arbor mount is installed on a dovetail guide rail mechanism and can be raised and lowered in synchrony, facilitating centering of the upper and lower saw blades during cutting and ensuring balanced force distribution across both blade sets.
