Use and Features
1. This machine combines multi-blade saw and double-sided planer into one. According to the preset size, multiple wood strips are sawed at one time, and double-sided planing is carried out at the same time, which reduces the wood loss rate and improves the efficiency.
2. There are 9 groups of feeding wheels, the pressure of pressing wood is controlled by the oil pressure cylinder, which can be adjusted freely according to the hardness of wood.
3. The feeding speed adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, the feeding speed is intuitive and visible, and the control speed is more convenient.
4. Feeding wheel feeding is more economical, safer and easier to control and maintain than crawler feeding. The pressing material adopts air pressure type, even if the thickness of the wood changes greatly, the pressing material pressure is fixed, and the pressing material thickness is wide, up to 35mm.
5. The upper feeding wheel frame is electrically adjusted, and the saw blade spindle is lifted and lowered, which is easy to operate.
