The Shanghai International Furniture Production Equipment and Woodworking Machinery Exhibition (2019 International Woodworking Show) officially opened today at Halls 7.1 and 8.1 of the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Hongqiao, Shanghai, China. In addition to showcasing equipment for furniture manufacturing, the event features dedicated zones for primary wood-processing machinery and artificial-board production equipment, covering a comprehensive range of solutions—from raw timber and finished furniture to pollution‑control systems. Continuing the partnership established in 2018, the International Woodworking Show and the China International Furniture Expo (Shanghai) are once again collaborating to integrate the upstream and downstream segments of the furniture industry, offering exhibitors and visitors an even more in-depth platform for professional exchange. Held concurrently from September 8 to 11, 2019, the two exhibitions will bring together over 1,500 exhibitors from around the world, with an anticipated attendance of more than 150,000 visitors over the four-day period.
